Retired French physicist Richard Vialle developed a theory regarding the dynamic action of electrons, and how that relates to free energy and antigravity, and designed and built a free energy device. One version of the device is also a “gravity control” device. The theory, if I understand it correctly, is basically that the electron orbits around the nucleus can be changed in radius, thus causing a kind of “cold current,” and this then causes a “hot current” consisting of conventional moving free electrons. The free energy then comes from the excited electrons in the conductor. In order to create the effect, a metal bar or tube is excited with a changing magnetic field, by means of a coil of wire. The information about Richard Vialle’s devices was presented on a French language forum many years ago, and a researcher named Jean-Louis Naudin also built and tested this free energy type device. J. L. Naudin presented his experiments on his web site. There are many pages there that explain clearly the technology and how to go about building the device. The pages are in French, and I translated these pages from French to English using the Google Translate website. I assembled my translations and information into a two volume set of books. You may download these books by clicking on the links below. At this time, I am giving away these books for free, as I received all of the information from J. L. Naudin’s web site for free. See his web site at jnaudin.free.fr.
It looks like it would not be very hard to build this device. It also looks like the device could be engineered so it would be a practical free energy type device. It’s hard to say how much power output this device could produce. It could possibly output hundreds or even thousands of watts of power, with very little power required at the input. It also has the ability to send power back to the input.
